How To Use.

Apply to dry face with dry hands; massage to dissolve makeup and impurities.
Add water to emulsify into a milky texture.
Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
For blackheads: soak cotton pad and apply for 5 minutes, then massage and rinse.
