Delivery Information

All UNBLEMISH parcels are sent with Royal Mail.

Most UNBLEMISH orders are shipped in sustainable eco-friendly packaging and all orders have full tracking to your door.

A tracking email is automatically sent via Royal Mail when your order is dispatched.

Orders are shipped directly from our depot to your door Monday-Friday excluding local holidays.

Delivery insurance is included within the delivery fee, so you can order safe in the knowledge your parcel is fully protected.

UK Mainland Delivery Rates

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available for all UK orders (Excluding Highlands & Islands) that are placed before 12pm and will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24. Orders placed after the cut-off time on any working day will be processed and dispatched on the following working day.

The delivery time for the Express Tracked Delivery service above is for indication purposes only. This service is not guaranteed to arrive within one working day however, the majority of orders are received within one working day after courier dispatch.

We cannot offer refunds for orders delivered within Royal Mail’s allowable delivery time-frame. Please refer to these terms and conditions.

Please note any Express Delivery orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next working day (Monday if it isn’t a bank holiday). This includes orders placed after 12pm on a Friday.

Where an order is time-critical, we ask that you ensure you place your order in good time to avoid disappointment.

Punctuality of Service

We are unable to guarantee the punctuality of service provided by our delivery agents, particularly during spells of difficult weather conditions or local action strikes. Any delivery timescales are indicative only.

Delivery times are subject to the delays by the postal courier, we do not accept liability if there are delays to the delivery.

If a parcel is delivered outside the allowable time-frame (refer to your purchased postage), or becomes lost, a full refund will be issued once a claim has been sent from UNBLEMISH to Royal Mail.

Please note Royal Mail’s lost parcel policy:

an item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail has not delivered it at the place to which it is addressed by the end of the tenth working day after its due date of delivery, unless there is evidence to the contrary to demonstrate that the item has not been lost.

Damaged Parcels

We take pride in packing your order to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. Unfortunately, there are times when parcels incur damage while in transit.

If a parcel shows clear signs of damage or leakage at the time of delivery, we ask that you refuse the parcel at the door. Please ask the courier to return the goods to sender.

Missing Parcels

In the unlikely event fo a parcel going missing or claimed as unreceived, we would need to make a claim within Royal Mail’s accepted timeframe in order to refund or resend your parcel.

You must notify us of any missing / lost parcels within 14 days from the date of expected delivery. Any time we are contacted about a missing parcel more than 14 days overdue of scheduled delivery there is no guarantee we can help.
