General Information

  • Shipping Carrier: All UNBLEMISH parcels are sent with Royal Mail.
  • Eco-Friendly Packaging: Most orders are shipped in sustainable eco-friendly packaging.
  • Order Tracking: All orders have full tracking to your door. A tracking email is automatically sent via Royal Mail when your order is dispatched.
  • Shipping Days: Orders are shipped directly from our depot to your door Monday-Friday, excluding local holidays.
  • Delivery Insurance: Included within the delivery fee, ensuring your parcel is fully protected.

The delivery time for the Express Tracked Delivery service above is for indication purposes only. This service is not guaranteed to arrive within one working day however, the majority of orders are received within one working day after courier dispatch.


UK Delivery Options

We offer delivery across the UK (excluding Highlands & Islands) using Royal Mail Tracked services. Available for orders placed Monday–Friday before 4pm. Orders placed after 4pm or over the weekend are processed the next working day (Monday, unless it’s a bank holiday).

Standard Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 48

  • £3.95 for orders under £30.
    • Free for orders of £30 or more.
    • Estimated delivery: 2–3 working days from dispatch.

Express Delivery – Royal Mail Tracked 24

  • £5.95 for orders under £60.
  • Free for orders of £60 or more.

Refunds on delivery charges are not available for orders delivered within Royal Mail’s standard timeframes. Please refer here for their delivery timeline allowance here.

European Delivery

  • Currently, we are unable to provide deliveries through the website outside of the UK. For orders outside the UK, please contact us at sales@unblemish.co.uk to arrange a bespoke order.

Punctuality of Service

  • Delivery timescales are indicative only. We do not accept liability for delays caused by postal couriers, difficult weather conditions, or local action strikes.
  • A parcel is deemed lost if not delivered within ten working days after its due date, as per Royal Mail’s lost parcel policy.
  • If a parcel is delivered outside the allowable time-frame or becomes lost, a full refund will be issued once a claim has been sent from UNBLEMISH to Royal Mail.

Damaged Parcels

  • If a parcel shows signs of damage or leakage at delivery, refuse the parcel at the door and ask the courier to return the goods to the sender. If products are damaged inside the exterior packaging, we require photos to prove damage in order to file a complaint with courier.

Missing Parcels

  • Notify us of any missing/lost parcels within 14 days from the expected delivery date. We cannot guarantee assistance for missing parcels reported more than 14 days overdue.
