Refund and Returns Policy

Changed your mind? No problem! If you wish to return any of your products, you must meet the following terms and conditions to be eligible for a refund:

1. Items must be unopened, unused, in the original packaging and in a resellable condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot issue refunds for opened containers, jars, tubes or bottles. Please note that this includes hygiene seals both inside and on the external packaging.

2. You must notify us and return unwanted items within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.

3. Please send an email to us at [email protected] with the subject “REFUND” along with your order number.

If you fail to notify us in this way, we can not guarantee that your refund will be processed.

Please consider the following when returning items:

1. We do not currently offer free returns. You will be responsible for arranging the return including postage fees, and any costs encountered are non-refundable / not reimbursed.

We always recommend using a tracked delivery service.

2. We will process your return only when the order is returned to us in resellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show use or other damage inflicted by the customer.

3. Where you have cancelled a contract and the products have already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible and in any event no later than 14 days after the day you received your order.

4. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 14 calendar days after the day on which we receive the returned products, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you provide us with evidence that the products were returned to us.

5. If your return item arrives damaged (including the outer box), the item will be classed as non-resellable and is therefore not eligible for a refund.

We always recommend using a sturdy box to package your items when preparing to return them. Don’t forget to use padding to minimise chances of damage.

6. If your items are returned and then deemed not eligible for a refund, we will not return the items to you.

Damaged goods:

If the products that you receive are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale of those products, please ensure you return them to us within 14 days of receiving them. In this case, you will be offered an exchange or a full refund, after we have received the returned products.

In the event of damaged or faulty products or products that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, we will pay for additional postage costs.

Allergic Reactions:

We feel very confident in the skin care products that we have chosen to offer you. In the unlikely case that your skin becomes irritated or shows signs of an allergic reaction please stop using the product immediately and contact our Customer Care team. We will require photos of the reaction.

If we identify that the product purchased caused a skin reaction, we will arrange a replacement or refund. Allergy returns must not be more than 20% used and must be reported within 14 days of purchase.
