At Unblemish UK, we want you to feel confident when purchasing beauty devices from unblemish.co.uk. That’s why we include a 6-month device warranty on eligible devices, giving you peace of mind alongside our 60-day change-of-mind returns policy.
This warranty applies to devices purchased directly from unblemish.co.uk, including Medicube devices.
What the device warranty covers
Our 6-month device warranty covers functional or manufacturing faults that occur during normal domestic use.
Examples of covered issues include:
- The device does not power on
- Charging issues not caused by misuse or accidental damage
- Core device functions failing during normal operation
If a covered fault occurs within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:
- Repair the device, or
- Replace it with the same or an equivalent model, or
- Provide a refund where repair or replacement is not possible
What is not covered
The device warranty does not cover:
- Accidental damage (including drops, impact, or liquid exposure)
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, discolouration)
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow the product instructions
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Damage caused by use with incompatible chargers or accessories
Warranty duration
- The warranty lasts 6 months from the date of delivery
- It applies to the original purchaser only
- Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims
Returns vs. warranty – what’s the difference?
Our device warranty is separate from our 60-day change-of-mind returns policy.
- Returns apply if you change your mind within 60 days of receiving your order
- Warranty claims apply if a functional fault develops during use within the 6-month warranty period

How to make a warranty claim
If you believe your device has developed a functional fault:
- Contact our customer care team at sales@unblemish.co.uk
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue
- We may request photos or a short video to help assess the issue
Once assessed, we’ll advise you on the next steps as quickly as possible.
Your statutory rights
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under UK consumer law.
