Refund and Returns Policy

Changed Your Mind? No Problem!

Unblemish UK offers a 60-day change-of-mind returns window*, subject to the conditions below:

All products sold by Unblemish UK, including beauty devices, are supplied with hygiene or safety seals.

We can only accept change-of-mind returns where:

  • The hygiene seal remains completely intact and unopened, and
  • The product has not been used or handled beyond what is necessary to inspect it.

If a hygiene seal has been opened, removed, or tampered with, we are unable to accept a change-of-mind return unless the item is faulty.

*This 60-day change-of-mind policy is offered in addition to your statutory right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Nothing in this policy affects those statutory rights.

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us at sales@unblemish.co.uk with the subject line “REFUND”, including your order number and reason for return.

Returns must be sent back to us within 60 days of receiving your order.

Return Shipping & Condition

  • We do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for return postage costs.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Returned items must arrive in resaleable condition.

If a returned item arrives damaged due to insufficient packaging, including damage to the outer box, it may be deemed non-resaleable and not eligible for a refund.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return postage costs in accordance with your statutory rights.

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and accepted, refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days, using the original payment method.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Where a product is suspected to be faulty, we may request photos or a short video to help assess the issue. Some items may need to be returned for inspection before a replacement, repair, or refund is approved.

Any resolution will be arranged in line with your rights under UK consumer law. This includes your right to reject faulty goods within 30 days of delivery, and your rights to repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience irritation or an allergic reaction, stop using the product immediately and contact our Customer Care team at sales@unblemish.co.uk.

We may request photos to help assess the issue. Where a product is confirmed to have caused a reaction, we may offer a replacement or refund based on the circumstances of the claim, including the extent of use, time since purchase, and evidence provided.

Device Warranty & Guarantee

All beauty devices sold by Unblemish UK are covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Eligible devices also include a 6-month device warranty, covering functional or manufacturing faults occurring during normal domestic use.

This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory consumer rights.
